BR & US tax
Brazilian tax with the tax reform — and US sales tax
The tax engine computes IBS and CBS (Brazil's new consumption taxes) on the transition schedule, alongside ICMS, PIS and COFINS. Without an approved rule there's no silent zero tax: it opens a task with an owner and a deadline.
- IBS/CBS on the transition schedule with the CST × cClassTrib table
- Tax rules approved through the Approvals Center before taking effect
- NFC-e with per-store tax health and tasks with owner and deadline
- Inbound NF-e by XML with recipient acknowledgment
- US: sales tax by jurisdiction (state and ZIP), blocking without approved taxability
- US: 1099 reporting
Approvals Center
One Approvals Center for everything that touches money
Payments, prices, promotions, stock adjustments, tax rules and exceptions go through the same center, under the same rules.
- Segregation of duties: requesters can't approve
- Value-based approval limits that fail closed
- Approval locked to the exact content — change the amount, lose the approval
- Time-bound delegation and a full trail of every decision

Monalisa assistant & MCP
An AI assistant that works within your rules
Ask about sales, stock, expiring items, prices and payables. The assistant answers with the data you're allowed to see and proposes actions with a preview.
- Queries: sales, ABC curve, stock, price, expiring items and upcoming payables
- Proposals: lot markdowns, price changes, purchase suggestions and tasks
- Every write action requires confirmation and respects the autonomy budget
- MCP server to connect AI agents with scoped API keys
I found 23 lots at the Main Store. I prepared a markdown proposal for 18 of them — check the preview.
BI & metrics
Metrics with the right math and a confidence seal
Net revenue, COGS and gross margin computed on the correct bases — closed days added to today live, never averaging percentages.
- A seal on every metric: confirmed, partial or estimated
- Store and network dashboards plus a command center
- ABC curve and category performance
- Losses on their own line, never hidden inside margin
